Filippo Fanini, born in Perugia in 1981, he takes his first steps in the fashion industry since childhood, growing up in the family business Glory Snc since 1986 specialist in the production of luxury leather apparel, which boasts numerous clients including Burberry, Donna Karan or Calvin Klein. The innate passion by Filippo Fanini is enhanced by solid foundations thanks to studies in Fashion Design at Polimoda in Florence and specialization, later, with a Master in Advanced Fashion Design. He became a teacher at Polimoda in Florence and a partnership with Salvatore Ferragamo, Filippo Fanini decided to devote himself entirely to his project, a reflection of a unique interpretation of fashion. For the Autumn - Winter 2016 -2017 Filippo Fanini presents a color palette of contrasting colors: black, blue, anthracite encounter an ice white with glimpses of deep red. Fluid lines are broken by suggestive insertions, unexpected. Of particular interest is the patented technique Edmos: from an intuition of the designer the regeneration of leathers. Hundreds of pieces of skin discarded from the traditional processes are reused and revived in new creations.
