Milano Fashion Week Men's has just ended, taking away a calendar full of events and moments, which however have left traces of trends and news. Revival and nostalgia for a more elegant male, the great desire to escape, the prevailing sportswear that continues to appear in many collections, the delicate and important theme of sustainable fashion. Not only historical brands: many emerging brands have risen on the catwalk. Which ones? Discover them with us.
NUMERO 00 - "Everyone has something to hide": through this claim, Valerio Farina ,designer of the brand, once again narrates about the currency, interpreting it stylistically and conceptually. Social messages are ideally sewn and hidden like pockets, sliders with double bottoms and accessories among the garments of a F/W 2020-21 full of news. Positive and negative, good and bad: in the dichotomy and coexistence of these contrasts this latest collection is born. The reprehensible aspects of today's society are shown uncensored, softened by positive elements such as the fluid fit, the hug of warm fabrics, the colours and patterns that celebrate nature and the good feelings with the emerald green or the heavenly sky. But not just clothing; to note and keep an eye on, the capsule collection of innovative and sustainable lace-up shoes made with refined fabrics such as that in bamboo charcoal or the one derived from coffee beans. Nature must be safeguarded, respected even while lived and explored.
